Suzhou is famous for beautiful ladies. But after I went there, I dun think the ladies are exceptionally pretty leh....dunno y. :) Also there is a 7 storey pagoda called Bei ta. It is one of the highest building here, considering that it is built by old technology. Huqiu ta is also a breath taking sight which cannot be missed.
Bei Ta (Northern Pagoda) - Picture 1 & 2 - Taken from six storey of Bei ta. We can see practically the whole of Suzhou.
Hu Qiu Ta - It is built in 961 AD. It has 7 storeys and due to the weakening of foundation, it became slanted and is nicknamed as "leaning tower of Pisa of the east".
