Wuxi, simply means "tin less" in mandarin, where the local tin mine was exhausted during the Han Dynasty. There is the famous Taihu and Lingshan Big Buddha. Taihu is like a sea, though it is a lake. If i did not remember wrongly, the tour leader told us that it is the size of about 300 Singapore. Wow!Picture 1 - Peng Lai Xian Dao - From Taihu, take a cruise and you can reach this "Fairy Island". It is a very scenic place, really like heaven. :)
Picture 2 - Taihu - Right? Majiam like a sea sia.....the sticks that are seen are to show where the fishing nets are cast.
Picture 3 - Sanguo City - This is where the drama serial "Sanguo Zhi" is filmed. You can see the city at the background. It is specially built for filming ancient shows. An ancient warship can be seen to. This was exactly the ship found in the show. If I did not remember wrongly, this ship was built around 500 years ago........

Picture 5 - Real ancient bridal sedan - This is a real bridal sedan which is preserved. It looks really heavy, really pity the people who carry it........
